The Tending — a program for established couples
The Tending is Claridad's relationship enrichment program for couples who are already committed — and ready to go deeper. Using the REFOCCUS inventory, a research-backed tool designed specifically for established relationships, we help partners revisit where they stand today across the areas that matter most: intimacy, communication, compatibility, commitment, and more.
Each partner completes the inventory individually. Then we meet together — to explore your results, celebrate what's working, and open honest conversations around what you want to strengthen.
It's not couples therapy. It's a structured, research-grounded process for couples who want more intentionality in their relationship — more clarity, more closeness, more of what's possible between them.
