WHAT IS THIS?
The Foundation
The Foundation is Claridad's marriage preparation program. Using a validated relationship inventory and guided facilitation sessions, we help partners explore the conversations that matter most — while there's still time to have them.
Each partner completes the inventory individually. Then we meet together — to walk through your results, name what's strong, and open space around what's complex. You'll receive a personalized couple report and a reflection guide you'll keep long after our sessions end.
It's not therapy. It's not a religious class. It's a thoughtful, structured process grounded in research — and shaped around your relationship, your values, and your story.
